This program is designed to help you make efficient progress towards your fitness goals in an encouraging, supportive and comfortable setting with people who are also new to Pursuit. The program is designed for clients of all levels who aren’t quite sure about a long-term commitment. Our clients have made amazing progress in a short amount of time and you can too.

We know that most people have struggled for years so our goal is simple: provide a personalized solution built on new habits by holding you accountable to your nutrition and exercise program. And, we want to show how to maintain it for a lifetime!

Personal, Progressive Partnership

Our P3 Method is exclusive to Pursuit. We start with a Functional Movement Screen, a non-invasive test that designed for healthy, active people and for healthy, inactive people who want to increase their physical activity. The test reveals limitations and weaknesses in people which limit performance and can cause injuries. In short, it uncovers fundamental problems with our movement patterns that keep us from performing our best.

Armed with that knowledge, we create a program that fits your body perfectly.  The good news is that you don’t need to remember the specifics of your program. Our proprietary wristband system tells our trainers exactly how to modify exercises and guide you, even during our group training sessions. You’ll be motivated by working out with like-minded people, yet you’ll be guided as if you were in a small-group setting. This approach guarantees that you make consistent progress. It also provides accountability. Our trainers and our members become your partners and never let you give up.

Many of our members were nervous before they started the program. They had stopped exercising altogether, or were trying to get fit on their own and weren’t getting the encouragement and support to keep going.

Then they found us! Each session focuses on core training, strength training, and conditioning using non-traditional gym equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, suspension training systems, medicine balls, sandbells, sleds, and battling ropes. With our exclusive wrist band system, our trainers know exactly what YOU are capable of, even in our group training environment. They will show you how to modify each exercise so you’re working out as efficiently as possible, making the quickest and safest progress towards your goals.

You will train 3x per week in our full-body metabolic fat burning workouts. Become accountable and join our community for early morning, lunch hour, after work, and weekend sessions.

No one starts our program alone.

We have specific times throughout the year that people can enter our program and we limit the number of people who can participate. Our participants share similar struggles and similar goals and we create a network and a community for you to interact with each other like our Facebook accountability group.

Not only do you have the support of the people who are starting out with you, but our members are there to support you as well. They used to be in the same spot as you. 🙂

We have a non-judgmental community here and we are all here to support each other. We have people of all fitness levels in our program and that is one of things we are most of proud of and that makes us unique.

We determine your starting point by taking you through an assessment before you start working out. We tailor the workout to the person, not the person to the workout.
