We know that most people have struggled for years so our goal is simple: provide a fitness solution built on new habits by holding you accountable to your nutrition and exercise program. Many of our members were nervous or afraid before they started the Program. They were going it alone and weren’t getting the encouragement and support to keep going.

Then they found us! Each session focuses on core training, strength training, and conditioning using non-traditional gym equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, suspension training systems, medicine balls, sandbells, sleds, and battling ropes.

You will train 3x per week in our full-body metabolic fat burning workouts. Become accountable and join our community for early morning, lunch hour, after work, and weekend sessions.

No one starts our program alone.

We have specific times throughout the year that people can enter our program and we limit the number of people who can participate. Our participants share similar struggles and similar goals and we create a network and a community for you to interact with each other like our Facebook accountability group.

Not only do you have the support of the people who are starting out with you, but our members are there to support you as well. They used to be in the same spot as you. 🙂

We meet you where you are.

Many people wonder “Am I going to fit in here? Is this program going to be too hard for me? Am I going to feel embarrassed because I can’t do something and somebody else can? Is everyone going to be in better shape than I am?”

We have a non-judgmental community here and we are all here to support each other. We have people of all fitness levels in our program and that is one of things we are most of proud of and that makes us unique.

We determine your starting point by taking you through an assessment before you start working out. We tailor the workout to the person, not the person to the workout.

We change one thing at a time.

This program isn’t about changing everything at once. In fact, that never works.

We focus on making the workouts a priority and give you simple habits to work on outside of training that improve your results. We use “Habit Catalyst” a coaching app that pushes information and reminders to your phone  about  a specific habit each week. The app allows our coaches to check in with you and a way for you to log your progress.  Our member’s long term success is built off simple principles done well over time.

Expert Coaching

Do you question what to do at the gym and typically end up on the treadmill or elliptical? Our personal trainers will teach you proper form and ensure you have the best hour of your day while visiting Pursuit Fitness. Join us if your new to fitness or well experienced and simply want a proven and long lasting training program.
