New members can join our gym any time, but there are a few times during the year where we welcome a small group of people for a short-term program. This program is designed to help you make efficient progress towards your fitness goals in an encouraging, supportive and comfortable setting with people who are also new to Pursuit. The program is designed for clients of all levels who aren’t quite sure about a long-term commitment. Our clients have made amazing progress in a short amount of time and you can too.

We know that most people have struggled for years so our goal is simple: provide a personalized solution built on new habits by holding you accountable to your nutrition and exercise program. And, we want to show how to maintain it for a lifetime!
Personal, Progressive Partnership
Our P3 Method is exclusive to Pursuit. We start with a Functional Movement Screen, a non-invasive test that designed for healthy, active people and for healthy, inactive people who want to increase their physical activity. The test reveals limitations and weaknesses in people which limit performance and can cause injuries. In short, it uncovers fundamental problems with our movement patterns that keep us from performing our best.
Armed with that knowledge, we create a program that fits your body perfectly. The good news is that you don’t need to remember the specifics of your program. Our proprietary wristband system tells our trainers exactly how to modify exercises and guide you, even during our group training sessions. You’ll be motivated by working out with like-minded people, yet you’ll be guided as if you were in a small-group setting. This approach guarantees that you make consistent progress. It also provides accountability. Our trainers and our members become your partners and never let you give up.

OUR GYM ISN’T FOR EVERYONE
Your success is our top priority and that’s why we focus on getting to know each and every one of our clients. We want to know your individual goals and why fitness is important to you.
We also have a special community of members here at Pursuit. Our members are not here to grunt through workouts and impress each other. They’re here to get fitter, to stay motivated and to constantly improve. If you want to hop on a treadmill and walk for 20 minutes or throw weights around, Pursuit is not for you.
But if you’re ready to take a systematic approach to your fitness, stay accountable and focus on your well-being one habit at a time, Pursuit is the perfect place for you.
We’ll check in with you if you suddenly stop coming and we’ll be cheering you on in our group training sessions. We don’t want to let you just “go through the motions.” We are committed to you so that you can stay committed to your goals and be successful.
