At Pursuit, we believe that nutrition is as important to your health and well-being as your exercise program. The food that you put into your body has a profound impact on the way you look and feel. When you eat the right food in the right amount and at the right time, you will build muscle and lose fat much more efficiently.
Just like our fitness programs, we believe that eating right should become a part of your long-term health strategy. That’s why we don’t offer a “diet.” Instead, we want to help you learn how to eat well with a program that fits in with your lifestyle.
Our 5-week introductory program is called Fitness Foundations. Upon completion of the 5-week program, members are invited to participate in Foundations for Life, an ongoing nutrition program to help you stay on track in the long run.
