In our Group Metabolic Training, clients work in groups up to 18 that are led by one our expert personal trainers. Our workout is designed for clients of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. A personal trainer will demonstrate, instruct, and motivate clients while individualizing training to accommodate personal needs and abilities.

- Monday: 5:20am (40 mins), 6:00am, 9:00am, 12:00pm (45 mins), 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
- Tuesday: 4:30pm, 5:30pm
- Wednesday: 5:20am (40 mins), 6:00am, 9:00am, 12:00pm (45 mins), 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
- Thursday: 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
- Friday: 5:20am (40 mins), 6:00am, 9:00am, 12:00pm (45 mins), 4:30pm, 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:00am, 9:00am
